Espresso & Spice Nuts

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2.tombine the maple syrup, espresso, and spices in a bowl with a spoon or spatula.rn3.tdd the nuts and toss to coat well. Spread nuts out on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 15-20 minutes, or just until lightly fragrant of cinnamon. Be careful not to burn the nuts!
  4. Allow to cool completely before serving. Pour small amount into a serving bowl, and take the remaining stash, hide, and enjoy.
