Gingerbread(Low Cholesterol)

  1. Sift first 7 ingredients together in a medium bowl.
  2. Make a well in center of mixture.
  3. Combine water, molasses and corn oil and stir well.
  4. Add to flour mixture, beating at medium speed of electric mixer until smooth.
  5. Spoon into 8-inch square pan coated with cooking spray.
  6. Bake in a preheated 325u0b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
  7. Top servings with the applesauce.
