Sauerkraut Casserole(This Casserole Sounds Awful, But Tastes So Good!)
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 can sauerkraut
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cans water
- 1 1/2 cans uncooked Minute rice
- 2 lb. zucchini
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of garlic
- pinch of rosemary
- dash of paprika
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- dash of pepper
- 1/4 c. pimientos
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 green pepper
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- In a large skillet, brown hamburger and drain grease.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook on simmer 10 minutes.
- Serve on buns or bread.
- Serves 6.
