Pizza

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in 1/4 cup warm water.
  2. Add remaining water, oil and salt in big bowl.
  3. Gradually stir in flour one cup at a time until dough forms a ball and pulls away from sides of bowl.
  4. Turn out on a floured surface; knead 10 minutes.
  5. Return to oiled bowl; cover and let rise 1 hour.
  6. Punch down; divide in 2 parts.
  7. Roll out flat on floured surface. Sprinkle 2 cookie sheets with cornmeal.
  8. Spread out each dough on cookie sheet.
  9. Sprinkle each with equal amounts of sauce, cheese, oregano and favorite toppings.
  10. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350u0b0.
