Frozen Margarita Pie
- 1 1/4 c. finely crushed Seyfert's pretzels
- 1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
- 1/4 c. ReaLime juice from concentrate
- 2 to 4 Tbsp. tequila
- 2 Tbsp. Triple Sec or other orange flavored liqueur
- 1 c. (1/2 pt.) Borden or Meadow Gold whipping cream, whipped
- Combine pretzel crumbs, margarine and sugar; press on bottom and up sides of buttered 9-inch pie plate.
- Chill in large bowl and combine sweetened condensed milk, ReaLime, tequila and Triple Sec.
- Mix well.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Pour into prepared crust. Freeze 4 hours, or until firm.
- Garnish as desired.
- Return leftovers to freezer.
- Makes one 9-inch pie.
