Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Remove stems from mushrooms; chop fine.
  2. In medium bowl, stir in cheese and onion.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients except paprika.
  4. Blend well.
  5. Fill caps with mixture mounding slightly in center.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika.
  7. Arrange in shallow pan.
  8. Bake in 350u0b0
  9. oven or zap in microwave.
  10. Can be filled ahead but let reach room temperature (30 minutes)
  11. before heating.
