Stuffed Mushrooms
- 24 medium mushrooms
- 1/2 c. Cheddar, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/3 c. fine bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried Italian herbs
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- dash of hot pepper sauce
- paprika for garnish
- Remove stems from mushrooms; chop fine.
- In medium bowl, stir in cheese and onion.
- Add all remaining ingredients except paprika.
- Blend well.
- Fill caps with mixture mounding slightly in center.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Arrange in shallow pan.
- Bake in 350u0b0
- oven or zap in microwave.
- Can be filled ahead but let reach room temperature (30 minutes)
- before heating.
