Sweet Sour Spareribs

  1. Beat together egg, yogurt, butter, maple syrup and vanilla. Add and whisk until just blended the pastry flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and nutmeg.
  2. Add nonfat milk to achieve desired consistency.
  3. Use a nonstick griddle, if possible.
  4. Serves two (with one leftover!).
