5 Pepper Chicken Fajitas(Low-Fat)

  1. Slice chicken into strips; place in large bowl and squeeze lime juice over chicken.
  2. Add garlic, scallions, pepper, salt and cumin and toss.
  3. Slice bell peppers into strips and set aside.
  4. Wrap tortillas in clean cloth.
  5. Place in oven at low setting while preparing fajita mixture.
