Kimchi Fried Rice

  1. heat up the pan with medium heat and butter the pan.
  2. put all the ingredient except for rice in the buttered pan and mix them well.
  3. once all the ingredient on the pan are well mixed, add rice and mix well.
  4. when everything is well mixed move the rice to the serving bowl.
  5. make a sunny side up fried egg and add it on top of the Kimchi fried rice.
  6. garnish with your choice (toasted sesame seed, shredded seaweed paper, fresh chopped green onion).
  7. serve when it is hot
  8. *Tip: Pop the half cooked egg yolk and mix with fried rice! It add creaminess to the spicy kimchi fried rice!
