No Bake Sugar-Free Chocolate Bars
- Pecan Date Dough
- 1 cup Raw Peacans
- 1 cup Pitted Soft Dates
- Melted Chocolate Topping
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil, melted
- Place pecans & dates in a food processor & pulse until it forms a coarse meal-like texture. Pulse for a few more seconds until it the dough clumps together.
- Place the mixture on parchment paper and press to flatten into 1/2 inch thick rectangle.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, & honey or maple syrup and mix until smooth. The mixture should resemble thick melted chocolate.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the date and pecan dough and freeze for about an hour.
- Cut in individual portions and store in the freezer.
