  1. Cook and
  2. stirteats until brown.
  3. Drain off fat.
  4. Add tomatoes, break
  5. up with a fork.
  6. Stir in tomato paste, garlic salt, oregano, basil and mushrooms.
  7. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
  8. Reduce
  9. heat
  10. and
  11. simmer
  12. 20 minutes.
  13. Preheat oven to
  14. 350u0b0.
  15. Stir
  16. together
  17. cottage
  18. cheese,
  19. 1/2
  20. cuptf Parmesan.
  21. Set aside
  22. 1
  23. 1/2 cups of meat sauce and 1/2 cup of the Mozzarella cheese.tn
  24. antngreased baking pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inch, alternatetayerstf
  25. noodles, meat sauce, remaining Mozzarella cheese and cottage cheese mixture.tpread reserved meat sauce over top.
  26. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle
  27. reserved cheese over lasagne.
  28. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
