Pasta And Beans

  1. Boil water in large saucepan with pinch of salt to cook pasta following manufacturer directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In 10" deep skillet, saute bacon pieces and onion until golden and crispy. Add canned beans, with liquid, all at once. Rinse out can with 1/2 cup water. Add cornstarch. Stir until cornstarch is dissolved. Add to skillet and stir slowly with wooden spoon to mix and thicken. Cook about 5 minutes. Add drained pasta and parsley. Mix well and heat through. Add salt and peper to taste. Enjoy! Add a side salad or crusty bread for a complete meal.
