Grilled Mushroom Burgers

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Shape into 6 patties.
  4. Coat grill with cooking spray.
  5. Place on grill over medium-hot coals.
  6. Place patties on rack and cool 5 to 7 minutes on each side.
  7. Spread 1 tablespoon catsup on bottom half of bun.
  8. Top with patty.
  9. Top with lettuce and tomato slices and onion slice.
