Soy-Marinated Steak And Vegetable Bites
- 3 TBS balsamic vinegar
- 1 TBS soy sauce
- 2 TBs brown sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/4 cup evoo
- 2 pounds
- boneless beef sirloin, cut into 1/2" strips
- 2 red bell peppers, seeded and sliced
- salt and pepper
- 1 bunch green onions, cut into 1" pieces
- in large bowl, whisk vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, rosemary and evoo until sugar is dissolved. add beef and peppers and stir to coat evenly. refrigerate one hour to overnight.
- prepare hot grill
- set mesh chef's pan on baking sheet to catch excess marinade. remove beef and peppers from marinade and season with salt and pepper. place ingredients in pan and add green onions. place pan on grill, cook shaking pan until peppers are tender and beef is done 15 min for med-rare.
- transfer beef and veggies to warmed platter and serve.
