Chicken, Chourizo And Bacon Pasta
- Dash of Olive oil
- Pinch of Salt
- Pepper(white / black)
- Mixed Herbs
- 3 x Garlic Cloves
- 1 x Onion
- 2 x Red Pepper / Green pepper
- 15 Mushrooms
- 1 x Chourizo Sausage (Or Spicy Italian)
- 6 x Slices of Smoked Bacon
- 2 x Chicken Breast
- 1 x Loyd Grossmans Tomato and Chilli Sauce (or tinned tomato mixture)
- 1. Finely Chop Garlic
- 2. Finely slice onion
- 3. Julienne Peppers
- 4. Finely Slice Mushrooms
- (use another chopping board)
- 5. Thinly slice the bacon strips
- 6. Slice the chourizo
- 7. Slice the chicken
- (Heat pan)
- 8. Add a dash of olive oil
- 9. Add the garlic and onion until translucent
- 10. Add chicken and chourizo and bacon and fry until chicken is browned
- 11. Add the peppers and mushrooms and gently fry
- 12. Add a pinch of salt, some pepper (white or black) and then mixed herbs.
- 13.Add the Loyd Grossman Chilli and Garlic sauce and let simmer on a low heat.
- (in the mean time)
- 14. Boil water for the pasta
- 15. Once boiled add Olive Oil and Salt to the water
- 16. Add pasta to the water and boil for about 10 minutes (or however you like your pasta cooked)
- 17. Strain pasta once done, add a small amount of olive oil on the top and mix together with the sauce in the pan.
- 18. Serve and enjoy.
