Spaghetti With Clam Sauce(Quick, Delicious And Low-Fat)

  1. Drain clams, reserving liquid.
  2. Heat oil in a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic; cook until lightly brown.
  4. Add basil, oregano, parsley, crushed red pepper and reserved clam liquid; heat to boiling.
  5. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes to blend flavors.
  6. Add clams.
  7. Cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
  8. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
