Baked Egg Mornay

  1. Slice
  2. eggs
  3. in half lengthwise, scoop out yolks.
  4. Mash well. Add Miracle Whip, horseradish and pickle juice.
  5. Return yolks
  6. to egg
  7. halves.
  8. Place
  9. deviled
  10. eggs in buttered 13 x 9-inch casserole.tlend 5 tablespoons butter in saucepan over low
  11. heat. Blend
  12. intlour, stir in milk slowly.
  13. Cook until thickened. Add salt, pepper, cream, Parmesan and Swiss cheese and 2 1/2 tablespoons butter.
  14. Stir until cheese melts.
  15. Pour over deviled eggs.
  16. Toptith
  17. buttered bread crumbs.
  18. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
  19. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
