Green Chile Brown Rice

  1. Prepare rice according to package, adding bouillon to water.
  2. Heat oil in skillet over med heat. Add pep, onion, garlic, jap, oreg and cumin. Saute 5 min or until veggies are tender.
  3. Stir in cooked rice, lime juice, grn onions, and cilantro.
  4. To save time, you can sub 2 cans chopped green chilies for bell pep
