Chicken A L'Orange

  1. Sprinkle chicken pieces with salt, pepper and paprika.
  2. Roll pieces in flour.
  3. Line a shallow casserole with foil.
  4. Put chicken in lined pan.
  5. Sprinkle onion, green pepper and mushrooms over chicken.
  6. In saucepan, mix orange juice, sherry, brown sugar and salt.
  7. Add water and cornstarch.
  8. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
  9. Pour over chicken.
  10. Bake at 375u0b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
