Peanut Butter Pie

  1. Combine crust ingredients, press into 10" pie pan. Chill while making filling.
  2. For filling, you can whip the cream with vanilla then fold it into the other combined filling ingredients, or just put all into a heavy duty mixer and whip until light. Pour into crust. Refrigerate until firm.
  3. For glaze: bring cream to boil then reduce heat, add chocolate and stir until melted and smooth. Cool glaze slightly then pour over filling. Cover and refrigerate at least an hour.
  4. Serve in small wedges like a cheesecake.
