One-Crust Turkey Or Chicken Pie

  1. Heat 1/3 c. margarine in 2-quart saucepan over low heat, stir in 1/2 cup biscuit mix, onion, pepper and thyme.
  2. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until bubbles.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in chicken broth and milk.
  5. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; boil and stir for 1 minute.
  6. Stir in chicken and frozen vegetables; heat through.
  7. Keep warm.
