Grandma Neeb'S Pot Roast

  1. Heat a large oven safe skillet over high heat. Add butter. As the butter melts add the roast. Brown completely on both sides. Add onion and garlic. Surround the roast with peeled potatoes and carrots. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on stove top on low to medium heat until the ingredients are well combined. Cover the roast and bake at 300 degrees for 90 minutes.
