Barbecued Pork Chinese Style

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Remove fat from meat.
  3. Combine soy sauce, wine, sugar, honey, food coloring, cinnamon, garlic and onion.
  4. In large bowl, add pork, turning to coat completely. Cover and let stand at room temperature 1 hour or refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.
  5. Drain pork; reserve marinade. Place pork on wire rack over baking pan.
  6. Bake in preheated oven until done, about 45 minutes.
  7. Turn and baste frequently during baking.
  8. To serve, cut into diagonal slices (like London broil).
