Frav Diavlo Seafood Pasta Salad
- 1- 2.5 lb. Live Lobster
- 10- Fresh Sea Mussels
- 8- Fresh Deep Diver Scallops
- 1- Box Linguini
- 1/4- Clove of Garlic
- 1- Can of Puree Tomatoes
- 1- Bottle Light Olive Oil
- Fresh Bell Peppers
- oregano
- basil
- and onion salt.
- mix generous portions of puree tomatoes and olive oil together to produce a form of marinade or dressing. Then, chop 2 fresh bell peppers into fine bits and blend with your tomatoe-oil dressing. Do the same with your taste in garlic, oregano, and basil. Mix well and allow to cool in the fridge. Bring a pot of water to a boil and prepare pasta, while bringing your BBQ grill to high heat. When you put the pasta into the boiling water, place the mussels and lobster on the grill, as-well as wrap the scallops into a foil envelope sprinkled with onion salt, then place on the grill. The seafood on the grill should be ready at precisley the same time that the pasta comes to a comfortable density.
- Blend the cool dressing into the warm pasta to bring it to a luke-warm to cool temperature slice the grilled lobster vertically down its spinal region and place over the bed of liguini and dressing then lace with mussels and scallops, being sure to drizzle extra marinade over the top for flavor.
