Cream Puffs

  1. Heat oven to 400. Heat water and butter to rolling boil. Stir in flour. Stir vigorously over low heat about 1 minute or until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat, beat in eggs, all at one time, beating until smooth. Drop dough onto un-greased cookie sheets. Bake 35-40 minutes. Cool, away from draft. Fill with your choice of fillings:
  2. Quick Filling:
  3. Mix 1 package pudding and milk on low speed. Add whipping cream, beat about 2 minutes or until soft peaks form. Beat on medium speed of mixer.
  4. Can also fill with ice cream, pie filling, chicken salad or cool whip. Cream puffs can be topped with a light dusting of powdered sugar.
