Ahi Poke

  1. Mix ingredients and let sit, refrigerated for 30 minutes before serving. Add mango, avocado, or pineapple to taste if you like.
  2. Always KEEP REFIGERATED!!
  3. Recipe will hold as "sushi" for a full 24 hours or so. After that, take any remaining poke and quickly sear it in a little sesame for 1-2 minutes just to cook outside of cubes, and throw on some greens for a nice healthy salad.
