Spicy Millet
- 5 1/4 cups water
- 1 1/3 cups millet
- 3/4 tsp dill seed
- 3/4 tsp dill weed
- 1/4 tsp. Celery seed
- 1 tsp tiny red peppers
- 3/4 tsp onion powder
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp onion or celery salt
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning or sage
- 2 tbs lecithin granules
- 2 tbs nutritional yeast flakes*
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 2 tbs mock "chicken" boullion
- This ingredient is a non-active yeast (not baking or brewers yeast). It has a lot of minerals and is also high in vitamin B12. The preferred variety is grown on molasses. It can be found in health food or whole food stores.
- Pour into a greased casserole and bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour.
