Beef Stroganoff

  1. In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil.
  2. Add the beef and cook, turning as needed, until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Transfer to a plate.
  4. Spray the skillet with nonstick spray; heat.
  5. Add the onion and garlic; cook, stirring, as needed until softened, about 5 minutes.
  6. Add the flour and cook, stirring constantly, until the flour is lightly browned, about 1 minute.
