Mushroom Crescent Snacks
- 3 cups diced mushrooms (about 1 lb of fresh mushrooms)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 8 oz. Can Pillsbury Crescent Dinner rolls
- 4 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated (fresh)
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Saute mushrooms and butter. Stir in garlic powder, onion, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce; cook until liquid evaporates. Set aside.
- Unroll dinner roll dough onto sheet pan, but do not separate triangles. Press/roll dough into 13X9 inch rectangle, firmly press perforations to seal. Spread cream cheese over dough. Top with mushroom mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake @375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Cut into shapes and serve.
