Broccoli Ham Quiche
- 2 c. frozen shredded hash browns
- 1 c. (4-oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 c. diced fully cooked ham
- 1/2 c. chopped fresh broccoli
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dried minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- Place hash browns in a greased 9-inch microwave-safe dish. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 4 minutes or until thawed.
- Press onto botom and halfway up the sides of rhe dish.
- Microwave, uncovered, on high 3 minutes, sprinkle with cheese, ham and broccoli.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk and seasonings.
- Pour over the ham mixture.
- Cover with wax paper.
- Microwave at 70% power for 10-12 minutes or until set.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
- Yield:
- 4-6 servings.
