Mostly Irish Stew
- Beef any roast cut -a few pounds
- Thyme- like 4tbps
- Tomato sauce- like 3/4 cup
- Beer very bitter and dark-one bottle
- Wine very sweet and red-one cup, or = amount
- Brown sugar-to balance the flavornike 3 tbs
- Honey- a little also to balance the flavornike 4 tbs
- White and black pepper- A LOT ^^naybe 1/4 cup
- Sage-= to the thyme
- Apple cider for the beef broth make the beef broth using bullion and the cider. Approx 6 cups
- Basil 2 leaves
- Onions- 1 or 2 it depends on the day and the particular of the cooknut in chunks
- Carrots-little less than the amount of potatoes
- Potatoes- like 5lbs or 10 med sized potatoes
- Put everything except the potatoes, carrots and onions in the crock, cook for 4 hours!
- When you are about 30 mins before you are ready to actually eat put the onions in the crock then put the potatoes and the onions in a pot bring to a boil then let simmer for like 3 mins; drain, add the contents of the crock into said pot and then bring entire mixture to a boil, let simmer for 15 mins congratulations you now have amazing AMAZING stew
