Mustard Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon

  1. 1. Foil & grease pan. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
  2. 2. Mix all ingredients (except salmon) in a small sauce pan. Heat briefly on medium-low, stirring, until sugar is dissolved.
  3. 3. Remove any pin bones from the salmon. Pat dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Spread a thick layer of glaze on each filet, placing it glaze-side down on the oiled pan. Proceed to thickly glaze the top and sides of the filets.
  5. 5. Bake for 5 minutes. Reglaze the salmon. Bake for approximately 5 more minutes, just as the center has turned from translucent to opaque (or until 130 degrees)
