Cypriot Salad

  1. rinse tomatoes, olives, place in bowl. Cut onion in thin rings. Salt and peper to taste. Add vinegar, drizzel olive oil on top. Rinse basil, chiffonade. Add peaches.
  2. Cut feta or halloumi into small cubes. Toss all gently and serve at room temp.
