Tailgating Stroganoff

  1. Take french loaf cut in 1/2 lengthwise. Remove all or most
  2. of bread brush with the melted
  3. butter and wrap in tin foil
  4. set aside
  5. Fry your hamburg, onions, mushrooms together when cooked
  6. pour sour cream into skillet and simmer for 20-30 minutes
  7. put french loaf in oven at 350
  8. for 20-25 minutes remove and
  9. take cream of sherry (optional) into sour cream mixture fill the french loaf
  10. cover with sliced tomatoes and
  11. top with cheese . Bake 20 minutes or until cheese has
  12. melted over tomatoes. remove
  13. from oven and slice usually
  14. you get 24-26 pieces

butter, ground beef, onion, mushrooms, sour cream, tomtoes, cheddar, cheese, cream of sherry
