Stir-Fry Steak

  1. Marinate the meat 1/2 hour or longer in mixture of soy sauce, vinegar, cornstarch, sugar and pepper.
  2. Get frypan hot, almost smoking, then add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and vegetables; stir-fry until just transparent (about 2 minutes).
  3. Take up.
  4. Wipe or clean skillet and reheat.
  5. Add about 2 tablespoons of oil, then add meat and stir-fry until almost done.
  6. Add vegetables and remainder of marinade.
  7. Stir until well heated.
  8. Serve immediately over fluffy rice.
