Ribbon Salad

• 2 - 3 oz Pkgs Lime flavor gelatin
• 5 cups hot water
• 4 cups cold water
• 1 - 3 oz pkg lemon flavor gelatin
• 1/2 cup mniature marshmellows, cut into pieces
• 1 cup pineapple juice
• 1 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• 1 (1 lb 4 oz) can crushed pineapple
• 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 - 3 oz pkgs cherry flavor gelatin

1. Dissole lime gelatin in 2 cup hot water. Add 2 cup cold water. Pour into a 14 x 10 x 2" glass pan. Chill till partially set.
2. Dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 cup hot water on top of double boiler. Add marshmallows and stir to melt.
3. Remove from heat. Add 1 cup drained pineapple juice and cream cheese.
4. Beat until well blended and stir in pineapple. Cool slightly. Fold in whipped cream and mayonnaise. Chill till thickened.
5. Pour in layer over lime gelatin. Chill untill almost set.
6. Dissolve cherry gelatin in 2 cup hot water. Add 2 cup cold water. Chill until syrupy. Pour over pineapple layer. Chill until firm.
