Skillet Macaroni And Beef

  1. Cook macaroni; drain.
  2. Heat oil in large, heavy skillet or wok. Add beef; cook and stir until lightly browned.
  3. Add onion, garlic, green pepper, celery, beans, tomatoes, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce; stir well.
  4. Add macaroni.
  5. Bring to a boil, turn down heat.
  6. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes.
  7. Stir often. Add a little water, if necessary to keep from sticking.
  8. Stir in olives and serve.
  9. Serves 6.
