Spiced Beef W/ Red Onion, Chick Peas & Gorgonzola

  1. 1. take flank steak and marinate with oil, garlic and hot sauce
  2. 2. grill steak 4 minutes per side(top with more hot sauce if you want it spicier), put on side
  3. 3. in mixing bowl add nexy 6 items
  4. 4. slice beef on bias, add to bowl
  5. 5. squeeze half lemon on salad, add oil ....and pinch of salt and pepper.... toss lightly
  6. 6. mound on plate and serve with crusty bread
