Kaaldolmer(Stuffed Cabbage Leaves With Meat)

  1. Cut the core out of cabbage and cook in salted water 15 minutes.
  2. Drain and cool.

  6. Simmer rice in milk 40 minutes.
  7. Cool.
  8. Mix

  11. and salt; gradually beat
  12. in one egg

  20. Stir in white pepper and onion. Mix in rice mixture for creamy smooth filling.
  21. Put tablespoon meat on each leaf.

  26. Arrange

  29. buttered 9 x 12-inch baking pan.

  33. and spread each roll with 1/2 teaspoon of

  35. Bake 30 minutes in 375u0b0 oven, then turn rolls over and bake another 30 minutes.
