Simit Kebap

  1. Puree pistachios and 1/4 cup water until smooth.Add parsley, mint, chili, allspice, garlic, scallions and onions until almost smooth. Transfer to bowl. Add lamb, bulgur, salt and pepper and mix to combine. Form onto skewers and refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Grill.
