Earth Grains Bread

  1. Combine milk
  2. and water.
  3. Heat to 105u0b0 to 115u0b0.
  4. Put in a large bowl. Dissolve yeast in warm mixture. Add brown sugar, oats, salt,

  7. flour,
  8. rye
  9. flour, 1 cup flour and sunflower seeds.
  10. Stir vigorously 1 minute. Stir in 1 1/2 cups more flour totake
  11. a stiff dough.
  12. Knead on floured surface using rest of flour until smooth and elastic, about 8 minutes. Place in buttered bowl and
  13. butter top of dough. Cover and let rise in warm place until
  14. double

  17. Punch down.
  18. Form into 2 loaves.tlace intreased
  19. loaf pans. Brush with milk. Let rise until double in bulk.
  20. Bake
  21. in slow oven at 325u0b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until it sounds hollow when tapped.
