Black Onion Seed Hot Sauce

  1. Set oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Add garlic cloves, unpeeled, to baking sheet and bake until soft and browned, about 15 mins
  3. Peppers can be done in the oven under the broiler until skins are crispy, though better is to put them on low heat in a charcoal grill, soaking hardwood chips and adding along with the peppers, then covering and allowing them to smoke until skins are crisp
  4. Once done, allow garlic cloves and peppers to cool a bit, then peel/squish out roasted garlic and discard skin, and remove tops of peppers, leaving seeds and ribs
  5. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Best after it's been allowed to sit overnight

some, garlic, vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, salt, mustard powder, black mustard, black pepper
