Mary Anne'S Spagetti Sauce
- 1 large can whole tomatoes
- 1 Large can tomato paste
- 3 Large cans water
- 1 Large onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 T Oil
- 1 t basil
- 1 t oregano
- 1 t hot pepper
- 1 t salt
- 1 t pepper
- 1 t garlic salt
- 1 t sugar
- 1 pound pork (shoulder, neck bones, or spare ribs)

- Brown garlic and onion in oil. Pour tomatoes in and mash, add paste, water and spices.
- Simmer on low flame 4 or more hours. If too thick add water.
- After 1 hour, add pork and sausage and meatballs. Test until done; about 2 hours.
- For meat sauce brown hamburger and add to sauce.
