Red Beans And Rice

  1. Coat Dutch oven with cooking spray.
  2. Place over medium heat until hot.
  3. Add sausage and next 3 ingredients.
  4. Saute until tender.
  5. Add beans and next 7 ingredients.
  6. Bring to boil.
  7. Cover and reduce heat.
  8. Simmer 20 minutes or until heated.
  9. Remove and discard bay leaf.
  10. Serve over rice.
  11. Makes 8 servings.
  12. Each serving contains 310 calories and 1.2 g fat.
