Tangy Chicken Bbq Marinade

  1. Put cut up chicken in a deep bowl. Cover with marinade. Let the chicken marinade for up to 2 hours. Turn pieces ocassionally so that all pieces get evenly marinaded. Don't marinade for longer than 2 hours, because the chicken will get too tangy (unless you like really tangy chicken). Remove from the bowl when ready to grill, shaking off as much of the oil as you can. Grill on a BBQ over evenly hot coals, but watch for flaring because the oil dripping on the coals can cause a problem with that.
