Grilled Lemon Pepper Chicken Salad

  1. 1.tlatten chicken breast halves to no more than 1/2 inch thick
  2. 2.thisk olive oil, lemon juice, pepper sauce and thyme. Season with salt and pepper. With 2 tablespoons of the marindate, marinate chicken breasts for at least 30 minutes (and no more than 4 hours)
  3. 3.tarm remaining dressing
  4. 4.trill chicken and onion slices, ~4 minutes per side.
  5. 5.teparate onion rings, slice chicken. Arrange over lettuce and sprinkle with feta
