Crispy Italian Chicken W/Basil And Mozzarella
- 4 boneless ,skinless chicken breasts
- 2 eggs,beaten
- 1/4 c. milk
- 3 cups bread crumbs
- 4 cloves of garlic ,minced
- 1/2 c.parmesan cheese,grated
- pinch of salt & ground pepper
- 1/4 olive oil
- 1 jar of Bertolli tomato basil sauce
- 4 cups of mozzarella cheese
- 4 fresh basil leaves,chopped
- 1.Preheat oven on 375.
- 2.heat oil in a skillet on medium heat
- 3.In a mixing bowl mix together eggs and milk .
- 4.In a flat large plate,mix bread crumbs,garlic ,parmesan cheese,salt and pepper
- 5.Dredge chicken in egg mixture then in Bread crumb mixture.
- 6.Brown in skillet on both sides.
- 6.Remove & place on paper towels
- 7.Place in shallow baking dish,
- top with marinara sauce,chopped basil then mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until done.
