Cornbread Sausage

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. Grease 3-quart casserole dish.
  3. Cut sausage patties into pieces.
  4. Melt 1 Tablespoon of margarine in large skillet over medium-high heat, add walnuts;
  5. cook and stir until lightly browned.
  6. Remove nuts from skillet.
  7. Melt the remaining margarine in skillet.
  8. Add celery and onion;
  9. cook until tender.
  10. Toss together all ingredients except juice and water in a large bowl.
  11. Add juice and water;
  12. stir together.
  13. Spoon into casserole dish and cover.
  14. Bake 1 hour or until hot.
