Steak Tagliata With Peppers And Zucchini

  1. In 12 inch skillet, heat 3 TBS olive oil over medium heat. Saute garlic for 30 seconds and then add onions. Saute another 5 min.. Add zucchini and peppers and cook, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add lemon pulp, lemon peel, parsley, salt, black pepper, and transfer to a bowl. Cover bowl to keep veg. warm.
  3. Season steaks, if desired with salt and peper. In same skillet, cook steaks 4 - 8 min. or until desired doneness, turning once. Let steaks stand 5 minutes, then slice and serve with veg. salsa.
