Ewy Gooey Chewy Brownies!
- 2 Cups of Sugar
- 1 cup of Flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup butter melted
- 2 eggs
- Cream cheese Icing (only the best for these brownies!)
- 1 3/4 icing sugar
- 1/2 package of cream cheese (125g)
- 1/2 tbsp of milk
- 1/2 tsp of Vanilla
- preheat oven at 300 degrees
- Combine dry ingredients in large bowl, add wet ingredients and mix well.
- grease an 8"x8" pan or use parchment paper(easier to remove), pour batter into the pan and bake in oven for 30 min or until top starts to crack a little, do not over cook(brownies will still be soft in the middle and a tooth pick will not come out clean when inserted). Remove from oven and let cool for a couple of hours.
- Icing
- Combine ingredients and blend until smooth. (add more sugar or milk for different consistency)
- When cooled, spread icing on top and cut brownies in squares
- Enjoy
